Join us for an evening of discovery as we demystify the art of blind tasting. Guided by José Luis Fernandez — Langdon Hall Sommelier and former Best Sommelier of Ontario — this tasting will introduce guests to professional techniques used to assess wine. Learn to identify varietals, regions, and styles through sight, smell, and taste alone, while exploring a curated selection of wines from around the world. Whether you're a curious beginner or an eager enthusiast, this is a unique opportunity to sharpen your palate with one of Canada’s most respected sommeliers.
